All-seeing, the

360 degree angle of perception, awareness within and without;

reverencing archangelic identity; 

 a name like Khamuel:

or an adjective, a creative term for reason, 

all round in and over-sight:

detached Mind per se - or

super-sensory potentials. 

It’s too easy to react, take sides and project: expectations, hope and fear,

the survival stories we invent,

beliefs we believe,

the baggage we carry and

the historical or sci-fi tales we tell - to inspire, create - or

condition and control.

Afterall, so-called things are supposedly neutral -

until, unless, cosmic rationale decrees

(for the oddest, oldest anomaly imaginable)

that the scrapling hominid speck

somehow freely chooses to name it, use it…ye gods,

what’s this?

RESPONSIBILITY, dawning? Two-legged, multi-fingered

with - of all things - 

wits and a heart.

Lawks! 

Tho’ some knew it all along:

so became excommunicated,

ostrazed, excorcised, 

alongside genocidal warring

unto neutron bombing sprees;

incinerating books and people  galore 

- to exterminate outrageous blasphemies of thought.

Of no ultimate avail!
