Meditation

Slowly, like the swell of the sea
I breathe and it breathes me.
With the turn of distant tides,
rising and falling to the call of the moon
and the first foetal beat of my heart;
the susurration of fluids and air
seep throughout the cellular matrix,
the unified field and auric space,
ebbing and flowing on the resonant pulse of becoming.
A golden light, born in the hearts core
expands outwards
to all elements, substances, creatures, devas,
every earthly and unearthly life-form
- the electromagnetic and quantum fields
formative geometries and power points,
the symphony of frequency, symmetry;
the lost and hidden ones,
our galactic brethren.

I breathe in, on the lip of each moment,
imbibing the honeydew of light:
charging up consciousness from Source.

On the turn, I am the universe, complete,
belonging to its secrets, its sacred codes
nothing but a holographic blink.
A mystic shakti instant.

Pregnant with the growing out-breath:
this births in a hurricane rush
of surrender, the bliss of unknowing
and pure, participant beingness.
Timely, total, undifferentiated, incendiary;
 a surge of joy and giving.

Then pause, hold still!
The quivering heart is consumed
in the oroborous of silence
on the tips of ecstasy divine
brimming with the next glorious gasp
of Life itself,
bursting from the gestatory Whole
of primordial vacuum.

Every breath we breathe
a ripple, a fractal Yuga,
in multitudes;
all One.
