WORRY AND STRESS

 

I never do that…

I mean, I learned (I thought) 

not to.

 

But all that actually happened

was that it got suppressed -

majicked it out of consciousness

into some storage den or dump.

 

you’re just using other words

like “being concerned”,

  “bearing in mind”,

 “what I meant was”…

kidding or convincing yourself you don’t.

 

Yet I still DO!

 

The mind is a geometry of shapes:

living angles, corners, reflections;

even circles and dots can store shadows, echoes, 

undetected kinks and anomalies.

Forgetting is a phenomenal aspect, too.

It can white-wash, delete, render indecipherable,

  but  it doesn’t obliterate utterly

 - expressing as denial, pretence.

 

There is truly no-thing called not, un.

The ancients called it MU.
